Control and Command System

PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) are generally used for units that perform the desired control scenarios. It collects the necessary signals from the control elements in the field and sends commands according to the loaded program. PLCs offer extremely good solutions through advanced communication modules, especially in medium and large-sized businesses, in areas such as long distance and networking.

Command Sending and Monitoring System

It consists of a computer where all points under the control of the control and command system can be monitored and commanded. This program is in contact with PLC. If the computer or SCADA application is disabled, there is no disruption in the operation of the automation system. However, since there will be no communication during this period, data and alarm recording cannot be made on the computer.

Field Controllers

Motorized switches: Compact switches, which are installed at the exit of the electricity generation points in the facilities and at the entrance of the energy consumption points in the electricity distribution system, are integrated into the automation system by adding some additional equipment.

 

Compact switches: Thanks to their high current limiting capacity, they suppress short-circuit currents as soon as they occur and thus effectively protect all electrical equipment from the wear and tear that short-circuits usually cause.
